It's interesting that Hamill has carved out this niche for himself, but maybe it was inevitable. The Joker and Luke Skywalker are alike in so many ways. Each tends to be whiny when he doesn't get what he wants. Each spends his time battling a big guy in a black mask and cape. Each was disfigured or maimed by Big Black. Either could feel at home trafficking with smugglers, terrorizing the fat crime boss in a wretched hive of scum and villainy, or blowing up government buildings and killing everyone inside. |
